Office Administration



The Secretarial Science Program provides the student with the basic knowledge and training in the skills of secretarial office work. It is designed for those who have little or no training or experience in secretarial science and wish to hold or get a job doing general office work or work as a stenographer, typist or file clerk.

Knowledge and skills gained through this program typically prepare for, or upgrade persons in, the following occupations:

Administrative Assistant
File Clerk
Receptionist
Typist
