Students participating in distance learning
courses will need to order materials through a library
that participates in interlibrary loan services (ILL).
It may take 7 to 10 days to receive the interlibrary loan materials.
Southern libraries offer the following services:

reference assistance

computer-based bibliographic and informational services

reliable, rapid, secure access to institutional and other
networks including the internet

consultation services

reciprocal or contractual borrowing or interlibrary loan
services using broadest application of fair use of
copyrighted materials

prompt document delivery

access to reserve materials in accordance with copyright
fair use policies

adequate service hours for optimum access by users
